Toucanmoon and Wildwings fly together to promote unusual new UK coastal voyages.
Toucanmoon, which describes itself as Marketing & PR For Out-Of-The-Ordinary Travel Companies, has been appointed by Bristol-based tour operator, WildWings, to promote exclusive UK coastal voyages on board THV Patricia, the flagship of Trinity House, which deals with maritime emergencies, wrecks, and servicing and maintaining the UK’s navigational buoys, lightships and offshore lighthouses.
Debra Taylor of Toucanmoon, who has more than 15 years’ experience in marketing, representation and niche development services, specialising in small ship adventure and wildlife cruises, comments: “We are delighted to be working with WildWings on this exciting new product.
“THV Patricia offers a completely different travel opportunity where absolutely nothing can be taken for granted. The ship’s tour of duty can be changed at a moment’s notice when it is called off to deal with emergencies and passengers have to be completely flexible in order to get the most from this exciting experience.”
Managing Director of WildWings, John Brodie-Good, says: “We are excited to have been appointed by Trinity House, the General Lighthouse Authority for England, Wales and the Channel Islands, as agents for their UK coastal passenger voyages, aboard their flagship vessel, THV Patricia, from April to October annually.”
He concludes: “We are looking forward to working with the team at Toucanmoon, who come highly recommended and with a wealth of relevant experience that will be invaluable to us in raising the profile of this unusual product.”
