Early Booking Offers From Aranui 5 On Selected 2018 Departures To The Stunning Polynesian Marquesas Islands
London, 11 October 2016: Early birds who are organised enough to book their 2018 holiday before the end of this year will benefit from a 10% discount on any of the first three 14-day cruises of the year on board Aranui 5 to the awe-inspiring Marquesas Islands in French Polynesia.
The passenger-cum-cargo ship departs from Papeete in Tahiti on 13th January, 1st February – a perfect Valentine’s trip – and 20th February 2018, and visits the Tuamotu Archipelago and Bora Bora in the Society Islands, as well as the Marquesas.
It’s a voyage that can be taken at a slow pace, punctuated with swimming in glittering turquoise lagoons, snorkelling above colourful coral and tropical fish, and relaxing on deck, enjoying the spectacular volcanic scenery, dominated by towering cliffs and magnificent waterfalls. Or it can be taken with a dash of soft adventure.
The Aranui 5’s itinerary includes a range of onshore excursions. Passengers simply hop on to the whale boats and a world of high mountains, white, pink and black-sand beaches and ancient traditions and customs await. And, with trips to a working pearl farm, incredible archaeological sites complete with unique religious stone ‘tiki’ structures and the opportunity to meet local artisans, there is never a dull moment.
Plus, there is a variety of optional excursions available at an additional cost, from 4WD off-road tours and helicopter flights, to horse riding, a 10-mile hike to the top of one of the islands for breathtaking views, and even feeding shark and manta ray!
This offer is based on reservations made before December 31st 2016, on one of the first three 14-day departures of 2018, and is applicable to all grades of cabin as well as dormitory accommodation. The 2016 fares will be applied to these reservations.
Prices, including the 10% discount, start from Euros 2290pp in a class C dormitory (no children under 16 years) and from Euros 3694pp in a standard double cabin, based on two sharing. This includes all meals and wine during meals on board, planned excursions, expert lecturers and guides, a primarily Polynesian crew, plus facilities such as a swimming pool, fitness room, spa, bars, restaurant, lounges, library, video and computer room.
